Hazan Hollander succeeds for client in the Court of Appeal of NSW with Judgment being delivered by the Court of Appeal on 9 August 2007. The unanimous decision of the three Judges of the Court of Appeal, Justices Giles, Basten and Ipp finds in favour of the Hazan Hollander client on all counts.
