Aviva Goldman


Aviva Goldman is a Lawyer at Hazan Hollander. She qualified at Monash University, Melbourne with double degrees in Arts, B.A and Bachelor of Laws, LLB.  At University she was selected to join and spent four years on the editorial committee of the Monash University Law Review.  She is a Legal Practitioner and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.

She formerly worked in Commercial litigation, including company liquidations, insolvency, commercial arbitration and injunctions at a firm now part of Ashurst (Blake & Riggall) and as full-time Manager of the Melbourne Legal Research and Precedents department at Mallesons Stephen Jacques (now King & Wood Mallesons).

Aviva was Research Fellow to Professor Robert Baxt AO (27 June 1938 – 11 March 2018), when Dean of Monash Law School and co-authored several articles on corporations and business law.  Her writings included a research paper on product liability reform for the Regulation Review unit of the Victorian government.  She assisted Professor Baxt with his work on Franchising and corporate enforcement for the regulator that is now ASIC.

Aviva strengthens Hazan Hollander’s capabilities in helping clients with Franchising disputes, corporate governance and dealing with regulatory prosecutions and enforcement.
